Show the resource panel。

When no shape is selected, the fill icon is disabled.

When some shape which the fill resource is applicable to is selected, the fill icon is enabled.

In the resource panel, when the fill icon is enabled, single tap it can open the fill resource panel, as shown in the red frame in the figure below.
