Turn on the transform mode.
When a shape is selected:
Drag the circle at the corner of the transform widget
(as shown in the red frame in the figure below) can scale the shape proportionally.
Drag the circle on the side of the transform widget
(as shown in the blue frame in the figure below) can scale the shape in a single direction.
When a group is selected:
Drag the circle at the corner of the transform widget
(as shown in the red frame in the figure below) can scale the group proportionally.
Drag the circle on the side of the transform widget
(as shown in the blue frame in the figure below) can scale the group in a single direction.
When a canvas is selected,
drag the circle at the corner of the transform widget
(as shown in the red frame in the figure below) can scale the canvas proportionally.
When multiple shapes or groups are selected, drag the circle at the corner of the transform widget
(as shown in the red frame in the figure below) can scale the multiple selection.
