Turn on the transform mode.
When a shape is selected, drag the area inside the frame of the transform widget can move the shape.
When a group is selected, drag the area inside the frame of the transform widget can move the group.
When the canvas is selected, drag the area inside the frame of the transform widget
(as shown in the red frame in the figure below)
can move the canvas.
When multiple shapes or groups are selected, drag the area inside the frame of the
transform widget can move them.
